The club has arranged for a top class professional physio to come along to training on Wednesday to treat any bumps and scrapes for anyone involved with the club.

The only cost will be £10 to the player on the night, with the club footing the rest of the bill. This is an excellent opportunity for players to get any injuries (old or new) seen to for a really low cost.

Training starts at 7:45pm at Mearns Castle Astro. Get there early before the residents of the Nelson/Cunningham household hog the physio's attention!
